Sullivan Tarrant

Filmmaker and Creative Director

Amdanaf fi

Filmmaker, writer and creative director from South Wales, based between Swansea, Cornwall or wherever I need to be. I love human stories rooted in people, relationships, community and the experiences that shape us. After recently graduating from Falmouth University with a degree in Film, I’ve since been working across social, documentary and commercial content with the Worldwide Veterinary Service.

I make films and develop ideas across narrative, documentary, social and commercial filmmaking. I look for real moments, strong characters and simple ideas that can make an audience stop, feel and listen. You can find me directing, holding the camera or typing away at a keyboard. When times are desperate, you might catch me in front of the camera!

Notable Work:
- Finn | Director | 2026

Award-winning coming-of-age short film rooted in childhood, family and the landscapes of South Wales.

- Worldwide Veterinary Service | Creative Director | 2026
Present
Creating documentaries that bring audiences into the world of animal conservation, veterinary medicine and humanitarian work.

- The Art in Anguish | Director | 2024

Award-winning short film exploring the monetary and emotional value of art through layers of grief and charcoal.

- Bee Bumps - Director | 2025
Narrative commercial for sustainable surf wax, connecting family tradition with climate change.

- Break Upon the Shore - Director of Photography | 2025
Short film exploring parental grief and guilt, on a cold and gloomy Cornish shore.

- Like Nobody’s Watching - Director of Photography | 2026
A sweet and comedic short film following a girl’s break from her 9-5 into a world of dance and self-expression.

I aspire to connect people through story, whether that’s on screen, on paper or face to face. Transporting audiences and leave them with something to take back into their own lives.
