Creative Swansea and Down by Here – Music Industry Mixer
Creative Swansea and Down by Here invite you to an A&R style industry panel event with networking and a nighttime merch market!
Where: Down By Here, 210 High Street, Swansea.
When: 29th September 2026
Time: 6-9pm
Do you have unreleased material but you’re not sure what to do with it, how to get it on the radio, who your target audience might be, or how to get it mixed and mastered.
Submit your short, unreleased demo and we will play it on the night for our panel of experienced music industry experts. You will get positive, constructive feedback on how to pitch your music and how and where best to release it.

You will be sent a form to fill out and instructions on how to submit your demo.
Demos and information to be received no later than 22nd September 2026
Artists often make more money selling their merchandise when playing live, or on platforms like Bandcamp.
Do you have band/artist merch for sale?
Book your free night time merch market space which will be open along side the event in the Bar area.
Email shwmae@downbyhere.co.uk before the 22nd August.
There will not be any commission taken from the venue or organisers.
Spaces for stalls are limited, so this will be a first come first served situation.
If you just want to come along and listen to the advice and have an opportunity to network, please book your free ticket.
Please note tickets are for the panel and networking events, tickets are not needed to come to the merch market.
